Umbria Olive Oil

This oil comes from Frantoio, Leccino, Agogia and Moraiolo olives collected by hand picking and pressed at a controlled temperature. Its appearance is slightly cloudy or bright from natural sedimentation. Its medium fruity taste and fragrant hints of artichoke, green tomatoes and almonds gives one the feeling of being in the hills of Lake Trasimeno. The oil expresses itself best when poured directly on fish and seafood appetizers, pasta, risotto, soups, and boiled or grilled red and white meat. It is particularly suitable for children’s palates.
